Yamaha Service Camps (YSC) are organized in the presence of the Yamaha Service engineers are equipped with valuable knowledge in the different locations of the nation. The aim of Yamaha Service Camp is to interact with customers and seek their valuable feedbacks. This is also a platform to provide advice to customers from experts for the best maintenance of their bikes and scooters to enjoy a trouble-free ride. Customers are invited by a call and SMS and are informed when and where Yamaha Service Camp is happening. The bikes are checked by our expert service engineers and all the doubts of the customers related to the service, maintenance, mileage are cleared and valuable advice and guidance are given so the bike works smoothly.

This is a planned activity with a special invitation to our customers who have purchased bikes and scooters from us where special discount offers are provided in Labour Charge, Lube and Spare Parts. This is one of the initiatives taken by the company for Customer Satisfaction and Retention, this is how we try to maintain a long-term relationship with our customers and make them a part of the Yamaha Nepal Family.
